I found the car of my dreams at the price I can afford. They really worked hard for me to get it done. I am finally able to drive a car under 20 years old that I can drive to see my grandkids more often. They really worked hard for me to get it done. I’ve contacted Jacob Hicks, the manager, and his team—72 hours later, I’m still waiting for any response. Instead, I’ve been sent to other Honda locations, none of which could help, only to be told to go back to the same manager no one seems to know or connect me with. The call center doesn’t have clear information, I’ve been put on hold and hung up on, and the dealership refuses to even inspect the car. As of today, this issue remains unresolved, and I’m still waiting for a call back. If you value your time and want straightforward service, I would look elsewhere. More

The salesperson repeatedly insisted that a hard credit pull was the only way to provide an accurate interest rate. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable with a hard inquiry unless I knew the APR would match my expectations. After some back-and-forth, like after 2 hours, I told him clearly that I wanted to take time and think about it. Instead of respecting that, the salesperson called the manager. The manager came over, and rather than saying something courteous like, “Sure, let us know when you're ready,” he pointed at the door to exit and tore up the quote in front of me. I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional. I came in respectfully, asked fair questions, and simply wanted time to consider my options. I did not say I was ready to commit, and I didn’t deserve to be dismissed like that. If you’re a thoughtful buyer who wants to understand your financing before jumping into a deal, I would be cautious with this dealership. More
