Did a great job on work done. I got quite a shock when I asked for a quote to do more work I want done. Quote was for $1400 +. I shopped around and got my first 2 quotes for $35 I got quite a shock when I asked for a quote to do more work I want done. Quote was for $1400 +. I shopped around and got my first 2 quotes for $355 and $375 to do the same job. I must say I feel my dealership has failed to be what I consider fair in their prices! Can’t justify the cost difference and makes me question how much I would have saved if I had taken the time to shop around before? More
I always have a great experience at Honda Lewisville. ... especially because of Mike Malone and his purposeful customer service. Just needed a simple diagnostic for intermittent engine light (they plug in a device to the vehicle and see what code shows up). Their online scheduling program was down (rep on phone experienced the same light (they plug in a device to the vehicle and see what code shows up). Their online scheduling program was down (rep on phone experienced the same thing when I called - she recommended that I just drive to the dealer), so I drove to the dealership. They told me I needed an appointment to avoid a long wait of 3-4 hours, so I scheduled one the next day at 9AM and drove back home. Got there 10 minutes early the next morning. Still took them 3 hours to get to my car. I finally left over 4 hours after arrival and they said a code had verified the light had come on but could not make a definitive diagnosis. They said I might need to come back for a more "in depth" diagnosis. No thanks, I will never take my Honda to that dealership again. They did apologize for the long time involved, they did not realize I was a "waiter" - someone who was actually at the dealership waiting for the results. More
