I have had nothing but trouble getting after-sales support and service for the used 2018 Ford F-150 that I purchased from the AutoNation Lewisville Honda dealership. I've purchased 6 cars over 20 years and this was the 1st time I ever left a dealership NOT HAPPY or excited to drive my new car home! Talk about a beat down! The lease-ending process was more difficult and confusing than I thought it would be. I was told that before Being able to purchase my lease car, I would have to get an inspection because my tire confusing than I thought it would be. ( with only 27,000 miles on the car) I agreed to have it done, but they never did it and I don’t understand why, and kept presenting different options for another lease or a purchase of another car….not my leased vehicle.
