I recently dealt with a Toyota dealership (husbands car) which proved very unpleasant and AutoNation representatives were night and day compared to Toyota! I reached out to Honda Nation & met a nice young gentlemen named Wolf. Kind, calm, & we didnt feel rushed and got great customer service, with a few different options & ways to go about our purchase. I didnt have much credit & was a first time buyer. Wolf & his finance associate were able to get me a new car with great warranty,instead of used car with alot of miles ! I appreciated Wolfs honesty and great customer service! Came to us with the bad news & good news of things...Its not always about what you say , its how you say it. We appreciated that about Wolf. He didn’t make me feel like “a paycheck” to him! I felt human and like he was trying to help me. I will say that Wolf is also probably one of the main reasons I bought the car there. Great guy! .. Last service was a disaster. It took a long time to get the oil change done. After service the oil change reminder was not set. So went back and reset the reminder. After a few w It took a long time to get the oil change done. After service the oil change reminder was not set. So went back and reset the reminder. After a few weeks, oil started leaking. Took it to a Firestone and they said the oil filter is leaking. Took to dealership again and they did another oil change. This is the first time I experienced with this dealership after many years. It looks like service quality is going down recently. I rethink now to go to a dealership or not for oil changes. More
