Our only complaint about the dealership as a whole was that none of the employees we dealt with told us about the Honda-offered 2 year free maintenance on new 2023 vehicles. ,We saw it mentioned on the Honda website, and also a factory placed card in the new vehicle. It wasn't until we asked about the free maintenance that it was acknowledged that the costly dealership maintenance package overlapped. The finance department that sells the extra-cost maintenance packages needs to tell new car customers about the free Honda plan before offering their own extra cost packages. More

This place is either a rip off or grossly incompetent. I had a rodent damage on my 1 year old Odyssey and their initial estimate for fixing countershaft speed harness was $1757 - $66 for parts and $1691 f I had a rodent damage on my 1 year old Odyssey and their initial estimate for fixing countershaft speed harness was $1757 - $66 for parts and $1691 for labor. I questioned multiple times on why the labor is so high and the response was that this is what their system recommends that this job pays. Instead of getting it repaired elsewhere as it’s a new vehicle, I opted for getting it done at dealership by using insurance. When the insurance adjuster shows up - they give the same estimate but the adjuster pushed back that the labor to replace the part they mentioned is typically $500 and he didn’t approve it. He even called other Honda dealerships in the region and they said the estimate was egregious and didn’t make sense. Adjuster had to go the second time to get the vehicle opened up and asked the technician to explain the work and adjuster pointed another part that was needed as well for the labor they quoted and the estimate went to $2465. Had it not been for the insurance adjuster - this dealership would have charged me a bomb for the labor they didn’t do and would have done subpar work - something that you don’t expect when you get your vehicle serviced from a dealership. Beware of what this dealership and cross verify with other dealerships and elsewhere before going ahead. I have been a 3 year loyal customer with autonation (bought 1 vehicle and did all my services here) and I am not trusting my two Hondas with this dealership ever again! More
