The finance team (Taylor) and sales (Job) did a fantastic job of answering questions and prepping paperwork ahead of our arrival, so signing and leaving was a breeze. Someone had taken the dealership has key, so they gave us a car with less than a quarter tank of gas. And somehow the 150 point inspection missed that the rear window doesn’t close all of the way. Conveniently, we were able to take it to a local branch to be fixed at no charge. It has been sitting there for over a week waiting to be assessed. It’s frustrating to buy a car that you can’t drive. I would proceed with caution before using an AutoNation in the future. More
