I always try to cut service I industry some slack because it’s a tough job. That being said… when I purchased the car I was told I could go to any AutoNation for services but when I called the one closest to it’s a tough job. That being said… when I purchased the car I was told I could go to any AutoNation for services but when I called the one closest to me they had attitude because I have a Honda and not a BMW. So I have to drive all the way to Lewisville from downtown Dallas to get horrible service on my vehicle. I have to go there since I bought 6 oil changes with the car. Even when I book an appointment, it always takes over an hour and a half to get my oil changed. This last time it took 3 hours. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you are just going to disrespect people’s time like that? After the third hour hit, I had to ask someone for a status update. I saw my car ready to go in the front of the line too but no one communicated anything with me in that whole 3 hours. I could tell this place was disorganized because the service rep had piles of paperwork on his desk. While I was checking out with him another rep drove my car and parked it just to come back inside and bring it out front again. Poor communication between the customers and employees it looks like. On top of everything, I left the lot with writing in my windshield saying “no wash” and other numbers. I am debating whether or not I even want to go back for my last oil change. More

Someone eventually helped me and they assigned the person who was looking to go retrieve my car. Nathan told me he told the gentleman to go get a car wash and bring the car to me. After I paid, I saw the gentleman go back inside. I waited around assuming he would bring me my keys or tell me it’s ready, but he never did I just saw him talking with others so I went out to see if my car was ready and he had just left it on sitting outside and it was never washed. If not for that one employee I would give 5 stars for every category. More
I purchased a used Cheby Colorado. Bought coverage. I hadn't had need for my truck bed, which has a cover. I looked in for the first time and the beginner was torn. I called.
