Roger Sonier the service technician always does his best to get my repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner. On Saturday July 23rd when my car was ready, I received a text from Cindy who , when I called, was kind and considerate enough to go over the bill with me. I also had wonderful service from the cashier who worked that day...she was very patient with my pmt requests. I am very happy with everyone who had a part in this service call! More
Sean Song was the one who sold us the vehicle. He bent over backwards to help us out worked so hard to make sure the whole process was quick and efficient and met our needs and timelines. The issue came after agreeing to the purchase and filling out all of the paperwork. The managers are very pushy with warranty upsells. I could not have been more firm with my "no" that we didn't have time and didn't need it, but they continued to pressure. Even after explaining I was on a time crunch, they only seemed to care about their own agenda, and I was not heard or treated as a customer but a sales opportunity. I missed lunch and was late to a weekend retreat because of their selfishness. This turned what should have been a great experience into frustration. More
