This dealership misrepresents optional add on packages as mandatory. They don’t sell you a car unless you buy their appearance protection and windshield protection package. When confronted about it the general manager of the store says that I should have just left the dealership instead of agreeing to their packages. Which is direct contradiction of what the agreement states. Also there is no proof that any coating or product was applied to my exterior, interior or windshield. I paid $2300 extra for these two warranties when I explicitly stated with the sales person - Ali, that I don't want them. Now they refuse to cancel them, even when i have not and will not use these services. Prior to purchasing this car, I bought another car from this dealership and had no issues. Sad to see that they are manipulating and lying to their customers to scrape additional $2000 on a deal. I will be filling claims with the AG, BBB and several more customer protection agencies regardless if this dealership issues me a refund or not. This is not how business is done and you should be ashamed of the way you train your sales people to sell. Ali also mentioned that I have preinstalled tints on my car and that I have to pay them. Guess what? I did not have any preinstalled tints and the guy at the dealership who does the tints confirmed it. He lied the same way he did for the appearance protection and the windshield protection. I know for a fact I have nothing done on my car. And when I confronted their dealership managed told me “read your papers, it’s not my job to tell you what we have installed”. Such rude and disgusting attitude towards customers. I will do everything in my power to let as many people as possible know how disgusting your staff and their practices are! More
