I was not given a tour on how to pair my smartphone via Bluetooth or demonstration on other important features and safety devices. With the amount of technology that comes in most new cars, that walk-through is important and very useful. But overall, it was a good experience. More

The people I was dealing with at Autonation Honda O'hare are doing a good job of perpetuating the "sleezy car salesman" stereotype. They clearly only care about getting what they want and will say or do an are doing a good job of perpetuating the "sleezy car salesman" stereotype. They clearly only care about getting what they want and will say or do anything including outright lie to close the deal which I expect and would garner a 3 star review. However on top of this my trade was worth considerably more than the new car and they ended up owing me money and its been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received the almost $6,000 they owe me nor have I received the title for my new car and keep getting a different story depending on who I talk to and what they want to tell me that day. You can bet if I owed them $6,000 they wouldn't have let me leave the building without getting paid. More
