had a 2:00pm appointment for recall that should take 1 1/2 hrs. was there for 3 1/2 hrs. and seen my keys on the desk and had to have a another person text the lady to come and check me out. poor service 1/2 hrs. was there for 3 1/2 hrs. and seen my keys on the desk and had to have a another person text the lady to come and check me out. poor service looked on the service sheet they did not start to work on my car until 3:42pm over booked poor planning.
