AutoNation Honda O’Hare

Thé service I received was horrible here is my story I was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is ready I did see my keys in front of her. She said the car is in the alignment row . She said she would come and get me went back thé to waiting room after about 8 mins she comes and tells me the car is done . How do I know what I paid for was actually done . She did not put the 15% as promised the bill was not right . Then I go to my car there is a spring in there . I have been going here since 2012 or more this is your third strike . Really upset More

O’Hare Honda has been my one stop shop from buying my car to getting all services done. I have had my car for 14 years now. Services from O’Hare Honda are getting better each time. I dropped off my car in the lot after business hours and Eddy who was my advisor was there to help me from locating my key to getting the problem resolved the next day. Another advisor named Charles also helped finishing up my transaction while Eddy was helping other customers. What a great team effort!! I scheduled an oil change for 12:30 on 7/20. I showed up at 12:15 expecting to wait an hour. I was told the wait was an hour 45. I made the appt on the same day 3-hours prior to the scheduled appt.
