I emailed them through their internet department and told them I was looking to purchase and asked for their best price. I received a follow-up call and then got an email with a great price. I stopped by later that afternoon and met with my sales rep. They were valuing my trade-in less than what I had hoped and I asked them to match a trade-in price I received from CarMax. The quote from CarMax had expired a week prior. They said that if I got an updated appraisal from CarMax, they would match it. So I did just that and came back a day later skeptical if they would honor their previous commitment. I was expecting a further negotiation. Much to my surprise, they took the updated appraisal (which hadn't changed at all) and honored that price as my trade-in! They were able to get me through the paperwork and financing in a couple of hours and I drove home with my new car that night. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend my salesman Stan and the team at Auto Nation O'Hare. More

Next day when I read more about new Honda cars I found that Honda corporation is offering more discounts for military and collage graduates. I went back to the dealership and spoke with general manager Daniel Bundalo. He agreed that sales person made mistake not mentioning additional discounts and promised to review papers. He scheduled me an appointment on next week but when I came I found he took day off. Try to call him, left messages, but "no answers". My understanding - they are not interested in me as a client. That is my last time to buying from this dealer - period. More

Some dealerships didn't even want to share their numbers without me having to walk into their store. I didn't. I finally purchased this car from Autonation. Dennis was busy with another customer and promptly redirected me to work with Sariq Bukhari. Sariq is another great salesman and worked very energetically to close the deal. More

It's no big deal but $6.44 "miscellaneous charges" what's it for and WHY? It adds up if you have your car serviced several times a year where they make most of their money anyway. Who knew? Wife was told everyone gets charged so they can maintain their equipment. Isn't that cost of doing business? Doesn't the non-cash expense of depreciation cover that? Pity. More

Right before final price they wanted $400 bucks more for some plastic door guard trim that might have cost 5 to 10 bucks. Finance manager was the worst of the group. Attempts to double deal you and add more bucks into the deal by confusing double speak. When I asked about it he adamantly declared I was wrong about the double $600 charge. I should have stood up and walked right then. Stood my ground and they had the sales manager come in to tell me that it was a mistake and I was right, that this rarely happens. B...S..... The finance guy is a big burly dude that tries to intimidate you. What a joke!! I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They use all the old school techniques to confuse, intimidate, and wear you down to try to get more money out of you. More

Had booked an appointment with Gina the internet sales agent.If its going to be a busy day they should have told me when I booked the appointment, Gina failed to do that... I landed at the place on time but receptionist said its going to take a while. After 5 minutes emailed Gina that I am at their reception, 15 minutes after, I called her mobile no response...Then after 45 minutes of wait, called her direct line, she said some one would come to help me. After another 15 minutes no one turned up, called Gina again, no response. I told the Receptionist, I have been waiting for more than 1 hour so requested some one to help as soon as possible, she said all are busy so its going to take a while..I left the place without a test drive. Emailed Gina of my experience, she did not even respond to my email. Very very bad customer experience. More

From the moment of introduction we were not only made as comfortable as possible, but at every turn a member of the sales & service team was there to make sure we were well informed about the process (of purchasing a car to best fit the need of our family). General Manager, Andrew, was a professional... not just in the area of cars and sales, but in customer satisfaction. John and Andrew worked very hard to make sure we were happy. When it came down to signing papers, we were introduced to Peter and Jeff in the finance area and once again my wife and I were impressed by the warm welcome and committment to understanding everything to ensure our happiness. I have met very few salesmen with Adolfo's integrity, respect for the customer, and honest passion for the product he is selling. He made my experience of buying from a dealership much better than I anticipated. I had done my homework on financing and pricing prior to meeting with Adolfo. His numbers were initially higher than mine; however, he did not pressure me into coming up to his price point. He understood the concept of a customer's financial obligations and met my numbers exactly with very little negotiations. At pick up, Adolfo went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the product and that I understood how to operate all of the vehicle's technology prior to driving it off of the lot. Furthermore, within 48 hours of sale, Adolfo followed up again to ensure my family and I were completely satisfied. Thanks for a great experience Adolfo! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a Honda. More
