As a single woman buying a car, it is a very intimidating experience. I had the pleasure to work with Mary Rycerz through leasing my Honda and for part of buying my Honda Civic. I was impressed that upon my first meeting with him, he was very well informed of my car needs and budget for purchasing a car. Mary had obviously clearly communicated our conversations and Michael was well prepared to assist me. Michael was able to complete the purchase in a very painless manner. I felt comfortable with him and felt that he listened to what I needed and stayed within my budget. Even though the dealership was busy, we were able to get the wonderful assistance of a salesperson named Ziggy. He was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. He carefully explained all the features of the vehicle we were interested in (Civic). We went for a test drive and were quite impressed with the car. That was followed up by a great deal on the vehicle with extremely low financing too. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free purchasing experience. The only minor complaint we had was the pressure to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle. We did not purchase it and the business manager expressed his displeasure with that decision. However, he was still relatively polite about it and I know from experience that virtually all dealers make an aggressive push to sell extended warranties. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Honda to visit the O'Hare location! More
