I have purchased 5 cars at O’Hare Honda in the past 8 years. The car buying experience was actually really good with the salesman coming out to swap my trade in for the car I was buying. Thank you - Steve Foresta you are the real deal. The service department was great, competent and professional. Oil changes and maintenance is quick and trouble free. They have free coffee and wifi. Very convenient, since you can work while waiting for the service to complete. Well Done Bruce !! More

Originally, i thought that I made a good deal buying a 2013 Odyssey from this dealership but when i brought back the car to have the options package/accessories installed in the car, I discovered that the 2013 Odyssey from this dealership but when i brought back the car to have the options package/accessories installed in the car, I discovered that they installed non-Honda equipment in the car to save money... It was a very unpleasant experience to deal with the general manager, Andrew Tomlinson, who lied to me repitively and was very deceiving. I would not recommend to use this dealership. More

Absolutely blown away by our experience today. Saved $4k leasing a 2013 CRV with them vs competitor we actually really trusted. Did all the price discovery via email late Friday night, and they shockin leasing a 2013 CRV with them vs competitor we actually really trusted. Pricing was so competitive that we were ready for a big bait and switch upon arrival...which totally didn't happen! There is nothing we could complain about if we tried. Incredibly impressed. I went to look for a new CRV today. While looking at some new crvs in the backlot,Ted Wala (salesman) stopped by to talk to me. After some questions on 2012/2013 crvs, I asked him if his manager would honour new crvs in the backlot,Ted Wala (salesman) stopped by to talk to me. After some questions on 2012/2013 crvs, I asked him if his manager would honour a invoice price for new cars. I was expecting an answer of either yes or no, instead Ted swiftly responded that i have to buy a ford if i want an invoice price. So i asked him by that he means I should go somewhere else and he didnt answer. I got mad at him and sat in my car to drive off and then he had guts to ask me if i want to test drive the new crv. I will never return to this dealer again. More
