Even though the dealership was busy, we were able to get the wonderful assistance of a salesperson named Ziggy. He was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. That was followed up by a great deal on the vehicle with extremely low financing too. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free purchasing experience. The only minor complaint we had was the pressure to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle. We did not purchase it and the business manager expressed his displeasure with that decision. However, he was still relatively polite about it and I know from experience that virtually all dealers make an aggressive push to sell extended warranties. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Honda to visit the O'Hare location! More

She was knowledgeable about Honda product, and most of all she gave me the best price than any of her competitors. She never once used the worn out pharase, "What will it take to make you buy a car today." That to me is a real turnoff. Also, she was the only sales person that gave me a purchase price in writing. None of the other dealers did that and continued to play games. She also gave me a fair trade-in. Mary is the kind of person you just feel like doing business with.
