Stay away from this place - it oozes dishonest and disrespectful! I had made a few phone calls and began to negotiate on a particular car. The salesman I worked with was Anatoly (Al) P. (he used t disrespectful! I had made a few phone calls and began to negotiate on a particular car. The salesman I worked with was Anatoly (Al) P. (he used to be at Carrs Honda). Finally, after several call backs from him "checking in" on me and the status of my car purchase, I called back on Saturday afternoon to see if the car was still available. When I learned that it was, I told him I would drive right over for a test drive. Prior to hanging up, I told "Al" I'd see him in about 20-30 minutes. So I arranged for childcare for my youngest kids and took my oldest with me. When we showed up to the dealership, Al greeted me and we walked off into the parking lot together, presumably to test drive this very car I came out to see. 10 seconds later he turned and said, "oh, I think that car just sold." I expressed my utter disbelief that car which had been there 20 minutes earlier sold and disappeared off the lot so quickly. He went to "double check" and when he came out informed me that in that 20 minute period the "owner's wife" stopped by the dealership and borrowed the car for the weekend. Unbelievable! Obviously the car wasn't there when I called and this @ss just didn't value my time enough to actually check on it. Straight up liars (which I know is not a total shock from a car dealership)...I will never go back. More

I have purchased 5 cars at O’Hare Honda in the past 8 years. The car buying experience was actually really good with the salesman coming out to swap my trade in for the car I was buying. Thank you - Steve Foresta you are the real deal. The service department was great, competent and professional. Oil changes and maintenance is quick and trouble free. They have free coffee and wifi. Very convenient, since you can work while waiting for the service to complete. Well Done Bruce !! More

Originally, i thought that I made a good deal buying a 2013 Odyssey from this dealership but when i brought back the car to have the options package/accessories installed in the car, I discovered that the 2013 Odyssey from this dealership but when i brought back the car to have the options package/accessories installed in the car, I discovered that they installed non-Honda equipment in the car to save money... It was a very unpleasant experience to deal with the general manager, Andrew Tomlinson, who lied to me repitively and was very deceiving. I would not recommend to use this dealership. More
