I strongly recommend Mary Rycerz as the person to see for a new or used Honda. I was warmly greeted by Mary and given a few options to test drive. The next day, Mary called to thank me and when I chose a Civic she made the process move quickly. While waiting for the Finance Dept. she demonstrated my car and went home very happy. The next day, Mary called to thank me and was able to answer questions about the GPS. Yesterday, I got a birthday email from Mary. She was knowledgeable about Honda product, and most of all she gave me the best price than any of her competitors. She never once used the worn out pharase, "What will it take to make you buy a car today." That to me is a real turnoff. Also, she was the only sales person that gave me a purchase price in writing. None of the other dealers did that and continued to play games. She also gave me a fair trade-in. Mary is the kind of person you just feel like doing business with. And as far as dealer service I couldn't be more satisfied. You know, buying a new car should be a fun experience, not a hassle. That's why my final decision was to choose O' Hare Honda and Mary Rycerz, and believe me, I have no regrets. More
