The staff were nice that I encountered, very poorly run though. The first time I went to sign for a lease, I was there over 4 hours just waiting for a financial person to talk to. Most recently there to si though. The first time I went to sign for a lease, I was there over 4 hours just waiting for a financial person to talk to. Most recently there to sign to buy the car I had leased. I had a pre approved letter for a loan. I was there for 3 hours and 20 minutes, again just waiting for a financial person for all the signatures. I was dreading going again after my first experience and now can safely say I will steer everyone I know away from this dealership. We have 2 Hondas, but will never come to this dealership again. More
