The advisor was very rude, I explained him what I need, but keep talking about other things, i had to wait almost 2 hours ….I took the car on Saturday and on Sunday the lower engine cover came out it looks but keep talking about other things, i had to wait almost 2 hours ….I took the car on Saturday and on Sunday the lower engine cover came out it looks like they didn’t put the screws back, the cover is bend now. And most likely I need a new one. Very disappointing with the vist. More

I bought my car one year ago and brought it in for its "check-up" and to address the service notice that popped up on my dash.
