Second time we bought a vehicle here. This time first encounternwith salesperson was poor and we left. We eventually walked away satisfied with the deal, but the game played with low ball offers to begin is a waste of time. I expect to come in fully prepared with KBB data and get a reasonable offer FIRST time, not this back and forth time consuming game. nIn addition, the change in Honda warranty is apalling!!! No more bumper to bumper. You have to buy an extended warranty for more money to cover vehicle. This is deceptive and poor customer servive. More

The problem I had was wrongly diagnosed, not fixed and I had to pay for it anyway. I was told I would get a call back after checking if my warranty would cover the problem, which I see no problem why it wou had to pay for it anyway. He slide in extra money in the total without telling us and when we ask to remove it he gave us such a bad attitude. He may need to understand customers rights and be more patience with customers.
