Came in at assigned appointment time for an oil change only. Waited close to 3 hours. Was told that 6 people came in without appointments. Seriously??? They should have been made to wait! I had a pleasant experience with no added pressure to make a decision. I'm not sure I would recommend the shed experience. I was there over 5 hours. we finial cover to a deal and the paperwork was wrong. Tried to tell me they was nothing they could do the payment went u I was there over 5 hours. we finial cover to a deal and the paperwork was wrong. However I did have to bring the car back the first week I had it and the service team was wonderful. Corrected the problem and told us to bring it right back if it happened again. More
