I bought Honda CRV Hybrid 2022 EXL early Sep this year for which I over paid on MSRP plus unknown warranties and miscellaneous equipment's and I was charged max documentation fee,..etc. The sales person h for which I over paid on MSRP plus unknown warranties and miscellaneous equipment's and I was charged max documentation fee,..etc. The sales person had put me in a spot saying that someone is waiting on the other table will take if I didn't sign it and said it is mandatory to buy additional warranties with no negotiation on it without even explaining them. As I was shopping for my Honda Accord had shopped at one other dealer before I made the choice to buy my car at AutoNation. At the dealer prior to buying my car at AutoNation they wanted to charge me 3,500 other dealer before I made the choice to buy my car at AutoNation. At the dealer prior to buying my car at AutoNation they wanted to charge me 3,500 over the sticker as they call it a marketing up charge I proceeded to the exit door. I than went to AutoNation and sat down with the Sales person and asked do you charge a marketing up charge and he responded no we do not play those games. I ordered my car back in April and picked it up November 21st. I was taken back when the sales person went to get the invoice that was now shown three charges for items that I didn't want or was asked to be done on the car. 1 Tilted glass 399.00 2 Exterior coverage on the paint 899.99 3, Interior coverage on the seat coverage 899.99 , all done at the dealership not Honda. I asked what is this I don't want them well we done the work, we can give you your deposit back, we have six to eight people that would pay us four to five thousand more for the car. Well they took off one thousand but still paid monies over the sticker that we never agreed on when ordering the car. If your looking for a car be sure you get everything in writing as didn't and it cost me money I should not had to pay. Things have changed today when buying a car, they don't work for your business if you don't like their proposal they let you walk. One last thing my new car was not detailed picked it up at night so was hard to see, stickers on the rims and smeary windows. More

Just got my A1 maintenance code taken care of over the weekend. Service rep, Kim, wad awesome. Very friendly and responsive. The video walk through of the work done was very cool.
