From the beginning the phone Scheduler was Very Friendly & Professional next the Porter was Friendly and thorough with my vehicle i.e. checked my windshield fluid, & vacuumed it. Now My Customer Service Rep & Professional next the Porter was Friendly and thorough with my vehicle i.e. checked my windshield fluid, & vacuumed it. Now My Customer Service Rep. Ms. Kim; Wow she recognized me from my previous service on this vehicle. I was Very Happy that she did recognized me, with all the amount of time that has went by and all the other service customers that she assisted with. Ms. Kim went way out of her way to keep me informed about my vehicle's progress in the parts that I might need as a recommendation per manufacturer services. Just the mere fact of her Professionalism and her VERY GREAT Smile and Joyful & Pleasing attitude in just making sure that my vehicle was Properly Serviced is enough for me to be a Loyal Customer. Thank you keep up the GREAT Work. More
While I on the day of the purchase there was a bit of confusion and lack of some staff we closed our deal and drove our new car home. I had difficulty getting the HomeLink system to sync and no one at confusion and lack of some staff we closed our deal and drove our new car home. I had difficulty getting the HomeLink system to sync and no one at the store knew how sync the devices. After through speaking to the HomeLink team at corporate Honda the capability of having work in vintage garage door openers it will not work. I would been better served if someone at the dealership knew that would have saved hours of frustration. We enjoy our new suv and look forward to many days and miles of smooth sailing Thank you More
I generally don't post negative reviews but they kept insisting via text and email that I provide feedback, so here it is. 2011 CRV with around 70K miles on it, had a rattle on cold start. Found from insisting via text and email that I provide feedback, so here it is. 2011 CRV with around 70K miles on it, had a rattle on cold start. Found from internet research that it is due to a defective VTC actuator. The service manager (Ray) insisted to leave the vehicle overnight as it only happens on cold start. The next day, they told me they heard the noise and charged me $190 for just starting the engine and confirming what I already knew. Then they told me I need to fix vtc actuator, timing chain, tensioner, solenoid, serp belt, gasket, etc, all amounting to $2285. However, Honda service bulletin 09-010 states that only the actuator needs to be replaced and states two hours of work to replace the actuator. The OEM part seems to costs around $189. Assuming a high hourly labor rate of $100/hr, this job should be between $400-$500. Does the service writer work on commission to quote me all the work that did not need to be done? Moreover, I recently found out that Honda is well aware of this actuator rattle problem since 2008, hid it from customers, and is currently facing a class action lawsuit. They also gave me a list of several other things I should get fixed(brake fluid, climate control, cooling system, throttle body intake, power steering service, power steering rack, transmission service, leaking spool valve, etc). The cost of which exceeds the current value of the car. Has Honda become such a terrible car maker that everything starts failing at 70K? I am very disappointed in this dealership and Honda. Neither is honest or trustworthy. I don't trust this dealership or Honda anymore. More
