I doubt the GM Ray will be very helpful, part of my bad experience included a somewhat rude and dismissive phone call with him. Although he did return my call and get me the info I was looking for the initial contact with him wasn't very unpleasant. Also, it's impossible to get through to anyone there, and voicemails left requesting a call back fall on deaf ears. In the market for a new car now and would've loved to keep my business with Autonation Honda Ohare, but honestly this last experience left a bad taste and has me looking at other dealerships.
