I've only used this dealer to maintain the car, and my previous check-up did not indicate any of these major issues. To expIain this discrepancy I was told that some of the mechanics are more trained than others. I have been coming here for 17 years and had thought the service quality was fairly consistent and good.. When I called the next day for an update - my service contact was not in, and I'm not even sure that I would have been contacted that work had been finished. When I came to pick up my car, Kim was busy with an e-mail. I waited 25 minutes before I went back to find her with another costumer! I was shocked that the quoted estimate did not include the parts and was only labor - this was very misleading. I was only shown prices for parts on a computer screen - these prices were similar to the estimate that I signed off on. I was told that I must have misunderstood. I paid thousands to fix my car and I misunderstood! I feel that I was treated fairly shabbily, and as I start looking for a new car I wonder if Honda is in my future. More
I was one of the unfortunate 2014 Pilot owners with peeling paint. Josh Grant, service manager, handled my complaint. His service was excellent. His follow through with Honda America to make my repaint possible was great. The work was done by O’Hare Auto Body. Another great service experience. Very happy More

There are some posi I buy a car at least every two years and for the past 10 years has been from a dealership in Wisconsin so maybe I am spoiled... There are some positives: Ms. Luna is pleasure to work with and if she worked for another dealership, I would buy from her again. I had done my research and was looking for a very specific vehicle and had found three within 100 mile radius and unfortunately my regular dealer which is 200 miles away did not have one otherwise I would have purchased from them. At the very end, when I was receiving the keys to me new vehicle (used) I was told that the vehicle has only one key. This is a 2021 model with only 10K miles sold at few thousands of dollars below a new vehicle value. When I asked why they did not expose this at the beginning of the deal, I was told that I did not ask. Which is true, I also did not ask if the car came with four tires or an engine with only 10K miles on it. The used car manager really needs training on customer service. I have several personnel with "manager" title reporting to me and if they were like her, they wouldn't be employed at least not by me. BTW, this is a Honda dealership and although I did not purchase a Honda with this transaction, the other car I replace every two years or so is a Honda and I replace it with a Honda. You may have saved a few hundred dollars but you lost a customer. More
