The problem was initially mis-diagnosed, and I had to return with the car less than one hour after my initial visit. The lack of communication was terrible customer service. When I finally was able to track someone down who could help, she was very professional. But overall an extremely poor customer service experience. I have been coming to the shop for many years, and have always had good customer service. Not this time. Very disappointed. More
