I have been to that location twice within last year. The staff are very professional, and they do a good job when completing all checks required. They provide very friendly service and have managed to continue to do so all through COVID. (Yikes!) That phone staff is very polite, but not generally able to assist w/ local dealer-related issues. At AutoNation, Antonio, my salesperson, Yousef, in the service department, and Dillon, at the service desk, were all very helpful. And again, they are making the best of a situation (a modern day plague!) that has impacted us all. Gotta love that. More
