Our purchase experience was fully remote up until the time we took ownership of the car. It was a bit challenging getting the quote solidified and reviewed. It was also a bit confusing on documentation time we took ownership of the car. It was a bit challenging getting the quote solidified and reviewed. It was also a bit confusing on documentation required for a down payment done remotely. My understanding was this was not a common pattern for them as most customers would do this in person. Our car arrived earlier than expected and we called and arranged a time for us to come in, sign papers and take delivery of the vehicle. We picked a time in the middle of the day on Friday to not hit their peak times. It still took us 3 hours before we were able to leave the dealership which was much longer than expected and communicated. When we went through the licensing and payment process, multiple possible service plans/ extended warranties were presented without any prior knowledge. It would have been helpful to have this information available beforehand to review and make careful decisions. Having said the above, Angela was great to work with- she was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. We got a very good price on the car and everything is working great at this point! More
