I walked into Renton Honda because I was in need of help. I have purchased two brand new Hondas from here and never have experienced this type of service. I had to leave my car running because I couldn't kee I have purchased two brand new Hondas from here and never have experienced this type of service. I had to leave my car running because I couldn't keep my battery charged enough. I walked in to the service area and not a single person looked at me or said a word.. I stood there watching a guy sleeping at his work station what seemed to be forever. At this point if my car would start again I would have turned around and left!! I walked down to see if a man I've dealt with since 1997 was there. He wasn't at his station but a very kind gentleman walked in and approached me and said Bill will be right back. I told Mr.A what had just happened to me and that I was upset. I needed help and no one seemed to care I walked in. I bought a $212.00 battery and Mr.A got me quickly on my way. I don't think I will ever go back to Renton Honda again!! Why should I continue to show my loyalty when it apparently only goes one way. More

Went there originally to look at a HR-V, but quickly realized it was going to be uncomfortable for someone my size/height. We looked at a few options, and I decided I likes the 2020 CR-V. Andrew Santana was great. I got there super early for my appointment, but they got my car in right away for the oil change and inspection.
