Great Experience at Honda Renton! We've been loyal Honda customers ever since purchasing our 2002 Accord at the old Renton Honda dealership. We went in last week for a recall service on the same Accord and we stumbled upon their new huge showroom. Just looking around the showroom and checking out the new 2016 cars, Nhat Nguyen approached us and asked if we're interested. We informed him that we're just browsing and at the moment not really planning on purchasing a new car. Knowing that, he was still willing to show us around and take his time informing us about the features. After actually talking to him about our 2007 Sienna we decided with all the promotions, we'd take a chance on trading in our car. He wanted to make sure we left the dealership happy whether or not we're going to be leaving with a car. We came in getting service on our old car not planning on purchasing a new car at all, and leave a couple days later trading in our Sienna for a brand new 2016 Accord EXL that we're super satisfied with. He made sure that we're completely 100% happy with our purchase before driving it off the lot. He even took time to show us every little speck in our new car and helped us set it up after receiving it. The whole time Nhat made sure that regardless of what happens we would leave satisfied and didn't pressure us at all. He was very easy to talk to and we highly recommend coming to see Nhat, if you're interested in purchasing a car from here. Josh our Finance guy was a great pleasure to work with! Left hanging Tried to go to Renton Honda to get my urgent airbag recall taken care of. I called 3 times over the course of 6 weeks and they kept saying they'd call be back when they "had the part in stock". They assured me they had my information and would call me. That was in July. It's now Halloween. Absurd. Woman who I talked to on the phone also had no customer service skills. More

Renton Honda comes through again! My soon to be daughter in law had asked me how our previous experience was with Renton Honda, I told her that the only reason I would ever go any wher My soon to be daughter in law had asked me how our previous experience was with Renton Honda, I told her that the only reason I would ever go any where else would be due to them not having the Car I want. She went with her dad to "look" at a car they had advertised, she called me the next morning stating that she bought the car the previous evening because not only was the salesman non pushy, but they reduced the car down even further than the advertised price. I know, what dealer doesn't lower the price, it was a one owner car, with under 15,000 miles, with a clean car fax, advertised original $12,000, on sale for $10,000, drove it off the lot for a little over $9000. For a Nissan, that is a great deal. Another great thing about Renton Honda, they don't sell any cars that fail car fax reports, (airbag deployment, previous accidents, etc). I don't ever refere friends/ family to dealerships simply because of what some people perception of salespeople or quality of vehicle they buy turn out to be, but I never hesitate to say great things about Renton Honda and the folks that work there. Purchase of my new Car! This past week I purchased a new car from your dealership. I had shopped around at different car dealerships, different brands and types in the Puget Sound area. I was really discouraged with what I found out there both in service and quality. Then I walked into your dealership! WOW! I really said WOW out loud when I walked in your show room! It was beautiful, clean and the staff all looked professional, dressed professionally and I knew right then, as I was greeted at the door it was going to be the BEST experience. The sales person who helped me was Ossman Jibril and he was fantastic! He answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and helped me find the exact car for me! He was professional without being pushy, and was patient with my concerns. Car shopping can be a scary, intimidating experience and your entire staff was so nice and very helpful! I would and WILL recommend Renton Honda to everyone! P.S. My son bought the exact same car recently at his Honda dealership in Virginia. It's his 3rd Honda- and he told me "go straight to Honda Mom, no where else!" Thank you so much! More

Unbelievably thoughtful! So many times I have gone into a dealership and have left frustrated defensive just hating the car buying experience. I could not believe how they took the time showedme all the paperwork and the dreaded depreciation when you drive a new car off of the lot. But before all that Brian James and Boden actually took the time to put us in a car that was fit just right for my daughter. I have never experienced anything like that before.
