I spoke to Travis and was within a few minutes given a great price on a 2013 Civic. I set an appointment for the next day, and was called about an hour beforehand to confirm I was coming and see if there was any particular color I was interested in, they had both colors I had in mind ready for me when I arrived. Travis was unable to help me and Phong (Kevin) was sent over to show me the cars. Talk about a great bunch of guys. Kevin was very upfront, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were very respectful, allowed me to take the car home and try it in my garage and show my wife. I returned and the price was exactly what we spoke about before, a great bottomline price with none of the typical car dealership tricks. The finance department was great too. Very personable while maintaining the professionalism you would expect out of a business. It's no surprise Renton is a huge volume dealer with great ratings.
