I had my car towed in for service, and was told it was over $1600 worth of repairs. Bill in service explained my options and what happened. I worked with Kevin on qualification for financing to see what my options were for new vehicles. He then offered a test drive to see the new Hybrids! I previously had a Civic, also purchased from your dealership 3 years ago, and I was impressed with the upgrades and my ability to qualify for a Hybrid! Kevin and Kurt qualified me for an AMAZING deal of .9% financing and worked with me to get my payment at what I could afford. This is my second new car purchased, and the first one I have financed on my own. I really appreciated how Kevin and Kurt walked me through all the possible options and ran the math for how to make it work so I had choices. I went from an expensive service bill (a surprise of course, since who plans on having their car break down), to driving out with a brand new Hybrid right out of the showroom! Kevin even went above and beyond and helped me transfer stuff from my old vehicle and set up my bluetooth and radio! Renton Honda has always been wonderful, and taken great care of me and my vehicles. I come there for all of my service, and have found the prices competitive with other shops. I recommend this dealership for all of your buying and service needs. They have impressed me time and time again with their focus on the customer's needs and questions, not something you hear every day in car sales. More

I've been researching a Honda Fit for a while now and decided to inquire online and was contacted by Travis to set up a time. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the Fit. I test drove it with my wife and Mike. It was easy and felt good. He didn't pressured us in anyway and when it came down to it, I decided to buy it. He answered all my questions and was once we got most of the paperwork filled out, we worked with Mike Vena to finalize it. He was funny and friendly. Our overall experience was awesome.
