They both were in good humor, which is rare when buying car - usually there's more pressure to buy than to be happy. Not so with this crew who went out of their way to find just the right car and at the right price. Mike Vena, the Finance Manager was excellent - I can't say enough - he was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Again, a very different experience from my previous car buying experience. I had a great car shopping experience from beginning to the end. There was not a lot of pressure and I felt comfortable and well respected throughout the entire process. The negotiations were much better than I experienced at other dealerships. The process was fair and did not take all day. All the employees were pleasant and professional, the showroom was comfortable and my child was not anxious, bored or in a hurry to leave. More importantly, the prices were better than at other dealerships and this made my choice to buy from Renton Honda an easy decision. The finance guys were great and remained that way despite my not buying any of the extras. In the past I found other finance managers hostile and ruinous of the buying experience when the extras were not purchased. Finally,Thomas was fantastic. I enjoyed his approach to selling and he went more than the extra mile for me. I appreciate his demeanor and outstanding professional attitude.
