My trust is shaken after 20+ years Mike make sure your quoting the correct car. I am 20+ years loyal Honda customer but my most recent visit left me wondering if all the recommended services by the Servic quoting the correct car. I am 20+ years loyal Honda customer but my most recent visit left me wondering if all the recommended services by the Service Advisor (SA) are accurate or necessary. My 2016 Pilot was in for a routine oil change on 02/09 and the SA MB suggested 7 different fluids and additives since my car had reached the 125K mileage marker. My Pilot is well maintained and I usually execute whatever services the SA recommends. But I didn't have the time for the repairs on 02/09, so I brought the Pilot back 11 days later on 02/20. During the vehicle intake by a different SA, SA DP, I received a different quote for the same recommended services, now for an additional $200.00. After a detailed review of my initial service record from the oil change and recommended services, I questioned why there was an additional $200 mark-up? SA DP spoke with his Service Manager (SM) and identified my Pilot was 2WD, not 4WD and as a result I was recommended service for a 4WD Pilot without incorrect costs and without labor costs stated on the customer summary page. So, long story short, my 2WD Pilot didn't require some of the suggested services that were incorrectly priced and recommended. The SM honored the incorrect prices for 2 services I needed, so the 02/20 quote of $938.56 only cost me $346.05 with a service coupon applied. A happy ending, but with a rough start; and the 02/09 SA MB obviously didn't know what type of car he was servicing or the costs for services. Perhaps a bad day for him but an expensive lesson to learn for both parties. Trust! More

Great customer service. I’ve been to a few other Honda dealerships and this one is by far the best. The service team is amazing. I drove an extra 15 miles to have my car serviced at AutoNation because their service team and customer service is worth it. More
