He was very easy to understand, explained everything and had very good customer service persona. The only con was with the financial representative. We sat for 1 1/2 hours waiting to finish the final paperwork. We should have been an easy in and out, because we already had a loan through our bank to purchase the car. Then he was adamant that we needed the extended warranty and when we said we didn't want it, he made us feel bad and tried to scare us about not having the warranty. We bought a warranty on another car years ago and we thought it was a warranty that covered everything. Nope! 2 parts of the engine were built together and 1 part was covered under the warranty and the other part was not. So, the whole thing was not going to be covered under the warranty. We shelled out $1,000+ to fix the darn thing. So we were not interested in the warranty, especially since it cost thousands to buy. Other than that, everything with the purchase was good. More

I drove 40 miles each way to have my oil changed at a Honda dealership because I value having Honda maintain a record of my routine maintenance. I also prefer to have any applicable recalls, software updates, or other service items addressed during the same visit whenever possible. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. I mistakenly assumed that having a 10:00 a.m. appointment meant my vehicle would be taken in for service around that time. Instead, it appeared that the appointment simply meant arriving at 10:00 and waiting behind numerous other vehicles already in line for service. I arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m., but it wasn't until approximately 10:45 that a service representative, Raul, came out to speak with me. I had another appointment at home at 3:00 p.m., which should not have been an issue under normal circumstances, particularly since I expected the requested update to take only a few minutes. Given that it had already taken 45 minutes just to speak with a service representative, my first question was understandably how long the service would take. I was told that the oil change would take approximately an hour and a half and that the software update would take five or six hours. I was surprised by this estimate, particularly because I had specifically mentioned that I had other commitments that afternoon. Rather than offering any reasonable alternative or attempting to accommodate the update during my visit, I was simply told to come back another time for the update. As a result, I drove 80 miles round trip and spent approximately four hours of my day just to have an oil change performed—a job I could have completed myself in about 30 minutes. I now still have to make another trip to the dealership to have the update performed. The biggest issue for me is not simply the amount of time involved; it is the lack of clear communication about what my appointment actually meant and the lack of effort to make the visit worthwhile given how far I had traveled. Needless to say, I was very dissatisfied with this experience. I chose a Honda dealership specifically because I wanted the convenience and confidence of having my vehicle's maintenance and updates handled properly by Honda. This visit did not provide that experience. More

I went in for an oil change but later discovered my tie rods were cracked and old, I ended up deciding to get those done as well a the whole process!
