Eventually I took it to the Roseville Honda Service department (without an appointment) and they pretty quickly ran some tests and determined it was a failing battery. They changed it out in under an hour and the car is running well. My service contact, James, was very helpful and got me back on the road quickly. More

Arrived at 1:45 for an 11:00 appointment. Requested service and a tire rotation along with diagnosing an oil drip. At 2:30 I was told the vehicle had been been pulled in for diagnosis at a GM Requested service and a tire rotation along with diagnosing an oil drip. At 2:30 I was told the vehicle had been been pulled in for diagnosis at a GM dealer. At approxemately3:30the vehicle returned from diagnozis and still needed amulti point inspection. Uppon release of the vehicle it wasexplained to me the oil had been changed but a filter was not in stock. I was also told the tires had not been rotated. That was the second maintenan e appoint that the tires were not rotated. The diagnosis of the oil drip was a rear main crank seal.My wait at the maintenance facility was five hours. Not a pleasing day. More

Recently, took my Ridgeline in to confirm my Honda Sense camera was defective. This is a 10 minute diagnostic with the HDS scan tool. I was told it would cost $250 for the diagnostic and an additional $650 for the tech to attempt to recalibrate the camera to confirm the camera, has in fact, failed! $900 to tell me what an auto glass shop confirmed for free, the camera has failed. Really? If I were to spend this $900 AutoNation would then charge me another $2000 to replace/re-calibrate the failed cam! Last time I ever visit dealership for any service of consideration of a new Honda. More
