My car had an ongoing issue that lasted almost 2 years and AutoNation Honda Sanford helped me to finally resolve my issue over that stretch of time. I dealt with many people along the way to finally get my problem resolved and everyone was extremely nice to deal with. The one person I will give a special recognition to is the Service Advisor Bob Garcia. He went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and I couldn't have done it without his help and persistence to get the issue fixed. He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and I would recommend working with Bob to anyone who services their car at this Dealership. Bob is a great example of what a Service Advisor and employee in the service department should be. He is professional, courteous, and has great customer service skills. Thanks again Bob for all of your help! More
I had an appointment with Sam Baradhi for 10:30AM last Saturday, by early afternoon the same day; I had my brand new 2013 Honda CR-V. Sam was friendly, and most importantly--non-threatening. He was clearly knowledgeable of his product and a pleasant person to talk to. Simply said, I had a good experience. I was prepared, with my price researched and my trade-in value as well. Sam's sales manager participated and we could agree on numbers. I was treated with respect and understood what was happening. The sales manager was Bobby Criddle, he was succinct in his explanation of my options, I enjoyed watching Bobby and Sam work together. The finance man, L. Guevvarra made a usually unpleasant task friendly and understandable. I am an example of a customer having had his expectations exceeded. I first went to Coggin Honda and it felt like a car sweat shop. There were like 25 salespeople running all over the place but I didn't see any cars being sold. They were also trying to hustle me. The sales guy was nice though but he had to follow protocol from management I'm sure. I had been in touch with AutoNation as well and then contacted them after the not so good experience at Coggin, I contacted them again and was put in touch with Fernanda. I was dealing with someone else first via email and they gave my info to Fernanda. I'm glad they did! She was very friendly and she made me feel like I've known here already. Very personable and that is not something you find in car sales for the mostpart. She even wanted to make sure I made the right color choice. I questioned it and she said are you sure you want that color (Tiger Eye). Even after the sale she kept in touch to make sure everything was going well with my new Accord Coupe. I just sent her a message the other day when I had a question and she got back with me right away. Great customer service and this is after I went to another dealer that was playing games and trying to sell me accessories that I didn't want. That was the dealer mentioned earlier. We bought a new Accord from Fernanda at Autonation Honda. She is a terrific salesperson. She listened yo us as we stated our priorities and matched a model that is perfect for us. She worked with the financial people and managers to get us a good price of the car and a good deal on our trade-in. She explained the amenities of the car and help us to sync our cell phone to the car's bluetooth system so we can dial with speech and talk hands free. She showed us how the new features we were unfamiliar with worked and encouraged us to call her with any questions we might have going forward. We have indeed taken her up on this offer and she gets the correct information to us. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to ascertain what our needs were and what was important to us. She has also stayed with us post sale to answer our questions and help make ownership a breeze. The service department is also very good. We brought our car in for window tinting. Travis coordinated our efforts and say to it that everything was done problem. Once when we though we had a problem with the door gasket we brought the car in and were seen. The gasket my husband had notice was correctly placed and Travis took the time to explain to him why it was designed that way and how it worked. He also answered some other design issues my husband had. We also enjoy that they have a courtesy car that takes us to restaurants or the mall while our car is looked at. The drivers are very pleasant and prompt. The car is ready in the time we are told it will take and it is delivered having been washed and dry. It is a very nice experience to work with this dealership. All the people we worked with were pleasant. We also highly recommend Fernanda as a salesperson. We couldn't be happier with our new Honda. I was in the market for a 2013 Honda Accord. So I decided to go to my local Coggin Honda of Orlando dealership. After a horrible experience with them about 3 years ago when I was looking for a Honda decided to go to my local Coggin Honda of Orlando dealership. After a horrible experience with them about 3 years ago when I was looking for a Honda Civic, I said why not give them another chance. I was DEAD WRONG! Besides the very friendly salesman, the whole negotiating experience was a big waste of my time. Not to mention the very slick and pushy General Sales Manager who just sits there, and talks trash about other dealerships and why his is the best. Clearly they were not the best with their prices and pushy atmosphere. They advertise "Best Price Guaranteed". So when I asked the General Sales Manager if he will live up to it, he says, "That, my friend, does not exist". HA what a JOKE! After leaving with a very bad taste in my mouth, I called up AutoNation Honda Sanford. Spoke to Gus, the Sales Manager, on the phone about pricing and availability. He beat Coggin's price by a mile, and it was over the phone! NO GAMES. When I arrived, I was greeted by Daryl Miranda, the Sales Consultant. Daryl was quick to show me the exact car I wanted, and after I said yes, he started paperwork immediately. He was amazing. Daryl and his partner, Fernanda Sgrigneri, were very friendly. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable to be there. It felt like I knew them for years. My financing was handled by Robert, the financial officer. He finished my paperwork lightning fast. My overall experience was quick and painless. This is definitely where I will be buying my next car if it is a Honda. Take it from me, I am a very savvy shopper. If you are looking for very competitive prices, if not the best, and a friendly atmosphere, go see Daryl, Fernanda, or Gus at AutoNation Honda Sanford. More

I bought three Honda's within a year at Courtsey Honda Sanford. I traded in a 2012 Honda Civic for a 2013 Honda CRV cause the Civic was a bit small for me. Harry was wonderful made the entire proces Honda Sanford. I traded in a 2012 Honda Civic for a 2013 Honda CRV cause the Civic was a bit small for me. I was a bit disappointed in the Service Department Service Manager, I bought the CRV in for service because I wanted the trunk cover shade that hides the trunk content, I asked since I purchased three Honda's in a year if they can give me the accessory for being a loyal customer, he gave me this song and dance that Honda cannot afford to give away inventory and he could not adjust to Honda main office as to why he would give away for free. I told him I had a 20% coupon toward service he barked at that as well telling me that coupon was for a service visit like oil change tire rotation etc, after a discussion he then decided to offer me the discount for the shade. I was charged $172.00 for the shade which I felt Courtsey Honda Service department could of gave to me for being a loyal customer and purchasing a $26,000.00 vehicle. The service manager is all business and afraid to giving something so minor to a customer. He even was a bit rude to the service tech's who work for him I noticed. I will return to the service department for service on my 2012 Accord and my 2013 CRV since I purchased the service contract. Also, I had a little issue with the Finance Department, the pay off for the 2012 Civic was not processed in a timely matter, I had to call them back as to why was not completed, to find out the pay off check was sent to the wrong loan company a error on Courtsey Honda part, after a few phone calls should now be taking care of in a few days. Over all Courtsey Honda is a great dealership helpful staff, just that I was a bit dissatisfied in the Service Manager. I would recommend this dealership just make sure you follow up if you have a pay off, could be possible a bit of miss communication since they are in the process of a corporation name change from Courtsey Honda to Auto Nation Honda.
