Mark Santos is the man. He took the initiative to reach out to see if I was ready to upgrade from my 2020 Honda Civic Si. Having already place an order from an out of town dealer, I was reluctant to reply, because every dealership that I talked to was doing $8,000-$13,000 markups. After about 2 hours or so, I figured I’d reply thinking I would have nothing to lose. I asked him 3 questions….What color is the car? When will it arrive from transport? Do you have a ridiculous markup? To my surprise, I received 3 very convincing answers. I met with Mark at the dealership after I got out of work, and we had a deal done in about an hour. I also had the pleasure of working with Jordan Henley from the finance department. Timing is everything. Mark reached out at the most perfect time, and I’ll always be grateful for that.
