I had the most amazing experience at AutoNation Honda, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was greeted immediately with the most pleasant positive person, I don’t remember her name. Then Mrs Paula came to greet me, her energy was fantastic and fabulous. I did shopped around before making an appointment with her, she was the only person that followed up with me immediately and answered all my questions instead of telling me I just needed to come into the dealership to see what kind of deals they offered. I was impressed with her customer service, I felt very supported and comfortable with Mrs Paula, she said I’m going to take care of you and she did!!!!!!! She even helped me get a better interest rate than with my credit union. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a Honda please contact Mrs Paula. She showed me what car I could start with and she let me build on that with no pressure at all. This is my second Honda CRV, when she brought the first car out she parked a couple spaces down from my 2012 CRV. I let her know that I was looking for something similar, she asked was I looking to trade it in, I replied no Ma’am. Then she replied okay, she said we here at Honda appreciates your loyalty and we love to give you $500.00 off your purchase. I was not expecting that, but it happened. She also recommended a car insurance broker that saved me money and got me full coverage immediately. I strongly recommend you go see Mrs Paula if you are looking for a Honda. More

​The sales and finance process at AutoNation Honda Thornton Road was great. I bought a 2021 Dodge Durango on Memorial Day and had no issues on the front end. Once the ink dried, however, the customer Thornton Road was great. I bought a 2021 Dodge Durango on Memorial Day and had no issues on the front end. Once the ink dried, however, the customer service completely disappeared. ​The very next day, the driver's side DRL went out. This is a known, expensive repair, but it is explicitly covered under the limited warranty I received at purchase. Since I live an hour and a half away, I asked to have the part ordered so I could make a single trip to get it swapped out. ​Instead, I was told my only options were to either pay half the cost at a local Dodge dealership (for a fully covered warranty issue) or drive 3 hours round-trip to drop it off and take whatever small loaner they had. With a family of six, a compact sedan loaner is completely useless, and multiple long trips for a covered warranty repair is unacceptable. I offered a very reasonable compromise: AutoNation pays for a diagnostic scan at my local Dodge dealer, orders the part, and I drive up once to have it installed. ​Their response? Absolute radio silence. ​I have left 3 voicemails for the Service Manager. I have sent 2 texts to the Service Manager. I sent a detailed email directly to the General Manager on Saturday laying out reasonable solutions and asking for a reply by Tuesday. ​It has been ignored. They are actively avoiding covering a warranty repair on a vehicle they just sold me. If you buy a car here, do not expect them to honor their warranties or even have the basic professional courtesy to return a phone call once they have your money. Avoid the service department at all costs. More
