Couple months ago April 25 I think or may 2025 I brought car in for a routine oil change because I wanted to see if this location could become a reliable service center. the team diagnosed anot brought car in for a routine oil change because I wanted to see if this location could become a reliable service center. the team diagnosed another issue first, and I agreed to have that repair done. I waited most of the day, and by late afternoon I was told my car would not start. Later, they said the starter had failed and that can happen. This was unexpected, since I had not experienced any starter problems before bringing the car in. I was also charged for the starter replacement. In addition, they provided a list of other recommended repairs. To be sure, I took my car to other well-regarded service centers for second opinions, and they confirmed those additional items were not actual issues. Based on this experience, I left with concerns about the accuracy of the diagnostics, the communication throughout the day, and being billed for a major repair I had no indication of needing before the visit. More
