Bad communication skills, had to order a kit which helps in replacing a timing chain, repairs delayed I was told they were too busy, tech called out the next day and a week later had to take back check engi in replacing a timing chain, repairs delayed I was told they were too busy, tech called out the next day and a week later had to take back check engine light came on . Despite showing up 15 minutes early and being told I was "next in line", I had to wait over 2 hours before they started the oil change and the tire rotation on my car. I had an appointment at 4:30 for an oil change and tire rotation, I arrived at 4:20pm. The service rep greeted me, took my keys, then told me to wait in the lobby. I left my car parked under the garage by rotation, I arrived at 4:20pm. The service rep greeted me, took my keys, then told me to wait in the lobby. I left my car parked under the garage by his desk. After waiting a long 2 hours, I went to ask how much longer will it take for my car to finish its service. I noticed my car was sitting in the same spot as I parked it 2 hours ago. Another service rep checked to see if my car had been serviced, he then informed me that it had not been taken to the back. They immediately tried to find someone to service my car because it was close to closing time. I could not leave because I needed my oil changed and I had no time to come back due to my work schedule. It took another 2 hours for my car to get serviced and they only offered to fill up my gas tank in which my tank was already full. No one cared or noticed that my car had not moved for 2 hours while it waited in front of their desks. I had to make arrangements for my son to be picked up after working a 12 hour shift. This inconvenienced my whole night. I will never recommend this dealership for service. Horrible customer care!! More
