The previous service I had in April 2022 was horrible. I was very relunctant in bringing my 2019 Honda Accord in regarding radio issues. April 2022 I was told I needed a battery. The battery was purchased I was very relunctant in bringing my 2019 Honda Accord in regarding radio issues. April 2022 I was told I needed a battery. The battery was purchased, but did not solve the problem. I was then told I needed a new radio, despite me saying, "I am sure its wiring issue." I purchased the radio, which lasted 4 months. When I dropped my vehicle off at Autonation Thorntorn Rd, I revealed I was having the same issues as in April. Jacob was awesome. Jacob kept me posted throughout the entire process. Come to find out, I needed an antenna. Of course I was pissed because I wasted money in April that was not needed to spend. My experience with Jason was totally different than what I experience with the manager and the female who assisted me. Jacob I appreciate all your help and all the workers in the service department should take a page out your book in assisting clients. More
