I purchased my 2021 CRV in June of 2021. It was a nightmare. It took the finance department 2 months to pay off my previous car. I vowed to never buy another car from this dealership however It was a nightmare. It took the finance department 2 months to pay off my previous car. I vowed to never buy another car from this dealership however, I purchased maintenance from there so I have to bring my car here for service. My most recent visit to the service department seemed way too long. I made an appointment and arrived on time (early). I was only scheduled to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Why should this take more than 2 hours WITH an appointment? My service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable so I have nothing negative to say about her but I think my service took way too much time. More

Parts for my vehicle were delivered quickly I was told by 3pm the next day but had been delivered and installed by 10:30 am next day. Good job. Service advisor Samantha was excellent she kept the line of com 3pm the next day but had been delivered and installed by 10:30 am next day. Good job. Not only did it take two hours for this oil change, but a couple weeks later the bottom literally fell out from under my vehicle while I was on the interstate. I had to pull over and tape it up. The mechanic couple weeks later the bottom literally fell out from under my vehicle while I was on the interstate. I had to pull over and tape it up. The mechanic said whoever did the oil change didnt put all the screws back in and that's why the covering fell off. Cost me 127 dollars to get a new part and get it fixed. So thanks for nothing. I won't be back. More
