Do not use this dealership they are a money pit in 5 months they have had my car 2xs and kept it 3 or 4 weeks each time I spent $5000 and the car still does not work right they told me I need to spend months they have had my car 2xs and kept it 3 or 4 weeks each time I spent $5000 and the car still does not work right they told me I need to spend another $1600. I purchased my 2021 CRV in June of 2021. It was a nightmare. It took the finance department 2 months to pay off my previous car. I vowed to never buy another car from this dealership however It was a nightmare. It took the finance department 2 months to pay off my previous car. I vowed to never buy another car from this dealership however, I purchased maintenance from there so I have to bring my car here for service. My most recent visit to the service department seemed way too long. I made an appointment and arrived on time (early). I was only scheduled to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Why should this take more than 2 hours WITH an appointment? My service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable so I have nothing negative to say about her but I think my service took way too much time. More

Parts for my vehicle were delivered quickly I was told by 3pm the next day but had been delivered and installed by 10:30 am next day. Good job.
