When I purchased my car it was great. The sales staff is wonderful but of course they are you are purchasing a car. The service is another story. They say you get free oil changes. I purchased my car in February 2020 and have taken it to get the oil changed every time it required it. SLOW SLOW SLOW!! There is no reason for it. They do not know how to schedule services. I only need an oil change and it should not take two to three hours. The folks working in service and not very friendly. They never answer the phone. I would never purchase a car from here because of the service department. They need to work on this. I am ready to trade my car in for another one and I will review service departments before I purchase and that is how I will pick where I buy a car from. Everyone wants to sell you car and will work with you but you spend most of your time afterwards in service getting oil changes and that is were you need the best people. More

I was actually surprised with the price Guarantee they offer where that price is that price! The sales rep really looked out, my truck is nice and they didn’t beat me over the head with fees.
