First meeting of the folks in maintenance department when you bring your car in for service does not give the customer a good feeling. I waited six or seven minutes till I was finally recognized and I was th you bring your car in for service does not give the customer a good feeling. It seems the whole attitude in the maintenance department is you’re interrupting me can’t you see I’m busy and not respective of the customer and they could do a much better job.
