Upon the initial diagnostics of my vehicle's issue the advisor, Daniel, informed me of the issues found and what the cost would be and helped me to focus on what the most priority issues were. He kept me posted on the status of the repair work and although the estimated completion time was delayed a bit, explained that the service technician was having to work on several vehicles and wanted additional time for a thorough road test (that was comforting in that I would want the work to be checked and double checked). Overall, they treated me with respect, kept me notified, and treated my vehicle as if it were their own. More
