Fast , efficient, and close to spot on for my recall part. It took 90 minutes or less to reprogram a new key for me. The service adviser 9493 Daniel Martin was so helpful when I brought my car in for service. I am elderly and was having trouble getting out of my car. He saw this and offered his arm to help me. When I m when I brought my car in for service. I am elderly and was having trouble getting out of my car. He saw this and offered his arm to help me. When I mentioned that I needed to get my walker, he got my walker out of my car for me and helped me into the waiting room area. Later when he came back to go over what needed to be done to my car, he noticed that the TV set was not on. I did not know how to turn it on. I was the only one waiting in that area at the time so he offered to turn on the TV for me. He put it on my favorite TV station. This made my wait for my car to be finished so much more pleasant. When the car was finished, he came back to get me and helped me through the door to the outside. He was so thoughtful to have my car parked right there next to the door. I did not have to walk but a few steps to get to it. He went over my bill and explained every item so that I understood it. After that, he put my walker back into my car for me and helped me get into my car. I appreciate his thoughtfulness so much. More
