The service person was very nice, wonderful. The next day after picking up my car an error message popped up on the dash display. "Fuel Cap", I had never seen this before. Of course I checked the fuel cap, which shouldn't have been touched for an oil change. Based on research someone or something affected my evap system while under my hood telling me everything I need to get fixed. Who is going to take responsibility? More

Rom Service Advisor at Auto Nation is absolutely amazing I am in from out of town had service done at another Honda dealership and during my trip I knew something wasn’t right with the car brought it right I am in from out of town had service done at another Honda dealership and during my trip I knew something wasn’t right with the car brought it right into ROM at AutoNation within five minutes He knew exactly what was wrong. The other dealership didn’t put the cover back on the air filter properly, but he also offered to check the car out completely to make sure everything was OK and I gave me great peace of mind. Joseph listened to me and clearly understood I was there only for an oil change. He quoted the special that was being offered. He also managed my expectations stating my wait would be 1.5 hours - which I only for an oil change. He quoted the special that was being offered. He also managed my expectations stating my wait would be 1.5 hours - which I think is unreasonable for an oil change! This was not his fault, it was a staffing issue. All in all the service was performed, Joseph was understanding, BUT I arrived at 127p and left at 330p. That is unacceptable for a simple oil change! I expected to be in and out. I would recommend this center but suggest having a clear understanding of the length of wait before making your decision. More
Joseph was my service writer and he wasn’t pushy, but informed me on somethings that might need to replaced in the future. The techs do a good job on the oil change.
