I appreciate the attention to details and the patient answering of my questions. I have been a customer since 2010. I was not happy because I was told I would be charged $170.00 for a diagnostic fee when in fact they take your car back and come back with everything you need to have done. I spent $780.63 for things they said I needed to have repaired/replaced and the issue was NOT fixed! More

No communication from the service rep. when I was able to get in touch (by going to the place) I was initially given an after market lower price. I said ok. lo and behold they went with the Honda parts which took 2 week to get the parts and installed, went to the place again asked him to write down the exact cost, he did. When I arrived to pick up the car guess what a totally different higher price. No trust in this place. Ill take my vehicle to someone else.Lack of communication and honesty. More
