John took the time to explain some important but subtle responsibilities that I, as the new owner of a CR-V, have in maintaining and caring for my new vehicle. His approach to the maintenance of my CR-V during these first two years is pro-active, insightful and respectful. Most importantly, he believes in educating the customer to take best advantage of the vehicle potential and to make the interface with Honda Corporation positive and enjoyable.
