I would like to rate my service advisor Corey (5 stars), but the technicians have failed twice now. Each time I have been in for service I had to return because the Technicians failed to Calibrate the tires but the technicians have failed twice now. When I trade the auto that I lease, this dealership should pay me back the insurance balance not used, from an insurance name residual value, that pays the difference when an accident happed and the ad should pay me back the insurance balance not used, from an insurance name residual value, that pays the difference when an accident happed and the adjuster declared total loss, between the original value and the amount. That the adjuster determines. In my case the balance of that insurance is a bit 700plus. They never pay me even though l visit thr dealer several times, including to call at the HQ in Texas, every time l received a promise that they will fix this issue. Conclusion do not in this company. I took my Honda Odyssey in for check on possible airbag recall and also had to get new tires. I chose a brand of tires in stock but was then informed those were not available but I could get the higher cos recall and also had to get new tires. I chose a brand of tires in stock but was then informed those were not available but I could get the higher cost brand at the same price that was offered for the other tires. Service was excellent and my adviser Viviana was great. I also got a video explanation of the alignment from the technician which was nice. More
Just finished a service experience at AutoNation Honda. I’ve been using them for 17 years, and I don’t have any plans to leave them. They have always done a great job for me! This time my leased car had a horrible squeak that was loud and unpleasant. The mechanic, Ken, searched high and low for it, and he finally found the culprit after persevering for a week! I’m very thankful that I have AutoNation available to me, and I plan to take my car to them for a long long time. More
