Abid very engaging and knowledgeable about sales of new Hondas. Once I had decided on a new CRV I was taken to the Business Office where (in retrospect) they proceeded to compensate for me, (1) Not taking Hondas. Once I had decided on a new CRV I was taken to the Business Office where (in retrospect) they proceeded to compensate for me, (1) Not taking the extended warranty, (2) Not financing, and (3) Not trading in my car. There were 4 charges among the long list of charges that were thrown in, not discussed, and certainly not explained as "optional". It was my oversight for not taking the time to discover in fine print that they WERE optional. This was underhanded and unethical, but not illegal since I signed my name! A great way for them to take advantage of an older woman purchasing a car by herself. When I complained later Abid consoled me by saying I shouldn't feel bad since I had purchased the car for less than MSRP. The car I wanted was driven down from Phoenix and experienced a crack in the windshield en route, I guess. It wasn't replaced for 10 days, and was then brought to my house before being calibrated, necessitating my driving 30 miles to get that done. I waited in the dealership for 3 hours while this work was being done, in spite of having an appointment. Not a fan of Auto Nation Honda Tucson! More
Greg Cheeseborough (sp) as my service writer was excellent. He explained what needed to be done on this service call, kept me informed along the way and his relationship with the technician allowed excellent. He explained what needed to be done on this service call, kept me informed along the way and his relationship with the technician allowed my car to be serviced and returned in what I believe to be a reasonable time. I bought this Honda Pilot from the dealership and the only people who have serviced it is this dealership. The reason I keep returning (I am a widowed, 75-year-old female) to this dealership is Greg! He doesn't talk down to me .. he is thorough in his explanations and has a great personality! Respectfully, Candace Brockey More
