Shocked at this dealership’s charges and hidden costs for my recent major service. $180 for an oil change and $50 for “battery service” (even though the “free” safety inspection indicated no action required) my recent major service. $180 for an oil change and $50 for “battery service” (even though the “free” safety inspection indicated no action required)! Carlos Varela was very kind and helpful with my purchase of my 2019 CVR. I have not needed to purchase since 2008, and purchasing has changed a great deal from the past. Auto Nation is a new dealer for me of my 2019 CVR. I have not needed to purchase since 2008, and purchasing has changed a great deal from the past. Auto Nation is a new dealer for me to work with. There is so much to learn about all the new gadgets we have available today in our newer model cars. It will take time to learn about them all especially with how to work our cell phone with the car phone, lol lol. Carlos said he would help me understand it all as time goes on, just to make a list of questions and give him a call. More
